The ground rules for buying and using sounds. Last updated October 2026.
Your account
Sign in with a magic link to your email. One person per account, keep the email secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Purchases
All sales are final once the pack has been downloaded. If the files are defective or you can't access them, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund.
Download availability
You're guaranteed to be able to re-download anything you've bought for at least 30 days after purchase. In practice we aim to keep purchases downloadable for much longer, but we only commit to the 30-day minimum. Save the files locally once you've got them. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
What you can do with the sounds
Covered by the licence — see the Licensing page. In short: royalty-free in your own music, no reselling or redistributing the raw files.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break the service, scrape the catalog, abuse the free packs, or impersonate other people. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work hard to keep the site up but offer no uptime guarantee. Previews and downloads may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are material we'll notify you at your account email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes go to the courts of Stockholm, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another option.
